Real estate is a relationship business. It is a people business with a service attached.

To facilitate the tracking of every tidbit of information about ever contact and prospect for agents and/or brokers, we integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in our PG Real Estate agency site edition. CRM is also available as the add-on for Portal edition.

For the integration we has chosen espoCRM. It is web based, responsive application that allows you to see, enter and evaluate all your company relationships.

Main features of espoCRM are:

✓ Sales automation,

✓ Leads – converting lead to opportunity/account/contact,

✓ Opportunities – potential sales in CRM,

✓ Accounts – each account is a central record in B2B model,

✓ Contacts – contact can be related to multiple accounts with specific roles of relationships.

Test it in our online demo. You will find it in admin mode and agents interface in user mode. Admin can set different access permissions for agents if necessary. All of this and more is available with new CRM.
